Lava launches A51, A76+ affordable smartphones starting at Rs. 4,199
After launching the 4G VoLTE enabled A97 for Rs. 5,199, Lava Mobiles has launched A51 and A76+ affordable smartphones in India targeting the sub-Rs. 5,000 segment. Both are dual-SIM phones running Android Marshmallow, but only the A76+ supports 4G LTE, while A51 supports only 3G.
The Lava A51 is a low-end phone phone offering 4.5-inch FWVGA display, 1.2GHz octa-core processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 5MP rear and 0.3MP front facing camera. It is fueled by a 1750mAh battery.
The Lava A76+ offers a slightly better specs. It features 4.5-inch FWVGA display, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, microSD card slot, 5MP front & rear cameras, 4G LTE and 1850mAh battery.
The Lava A51 and A76+ are listed on the company website with a price tag of Rs. 4,199 and Rs. 5,599 respectively, and are expected to go on sale soon.

Lava has launched one more budget handset called Lava A51. The phone is powered by a Quad-core 1.2 GHz coupled with 512MB of RAM. The smartphone will be available in Gold, Black, and Grey color variants.
