Lenovo Yoga Book convertible with Halo keyboard launched in India for Rs. 49,990

 

Lenovo has launched the "World thinnest 2-in-1" the Yoga Book in India for Rs. 49,990. The convertible will be available exclusively on Flipkart and will come bundled with Real Pen Stylus, Book Pad and Real Pen Ink Refills.

To recap, the Lenovo YogaBook was unveiled at this year's IFA in September running both Android and Windows 10. However, the Yoga Book launched in India runs Windows 10, while the Android version will be available later.

The main highlight of the Yoga Book is its keyboard called Halo that you can draw on. It is a full touch-based sensitive flat keyboard with virtual keys. It also supports Real Pen, which has an Ink Pen support and regular stylus backed by Wacom technology. Basically, users can place a piece of paper on the keyboard and write with the Real Pen, and the texts will automatically be reflected on the display.



Coming to the specs, the Lenovo Yoga Book features 10.1-inch Full HD touchscreen display and is powered by quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8550 processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. It includes 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, microSD card slot and a beefy 8500mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 13 hours of use on single charge. The convertible also has support for 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0. Being a convertible, Yoga Book gets 360-degree rotatble hinges, which allows it to be used in laptop and tablet modes.

Lenovo calims that the Yoga Book is world's thinnest and lightest hybrid measuring at just 9.6mm in thickness and weighing 690g. It comes in Carbon Black color is now up for pre-order via Flipkart.
