Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro, Galaxy C7 Pro surfaces in leaked promo image
The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro was unveiled in China back in October last year, and was the company's first phone to pack 6GB RAM. The South Korean tech giant was also said to be working on Pro variants of Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7.
Both handsets were part of several leaks, but now in a new leak coming out of China, alleged press renders and poster of Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro have surfaced, ahead of the official announcement.
As seen in the leaked images the Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro will have a similar design like the Galaxy C9 Pro including premium metal unibody and new antenna design with three slim lines across the top and bottom. The leaked images also reveal that Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro will feature 16MP front shooter and Super AMOLED displays. The front camera could be the same found of Galaxy C9 Pro, Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017).
The specs of the both phones are no secret as they were certified by China's TENAA last month revealing the full spec sheet. According to TENAA, Galaxy C5 Pro will have 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display, octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 16MP front and rear camera, and 3000mAh battery.
The Galaxy C7 Pro, on the other hand will feature a bigger 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and a bigger 3300mAh battery. Rest of the specs are similar to Galaxy C5 Pro.
Both handsets will run Android Marshmallow and include microSD card slot, hybrid-dual-SIM slots, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, NFC, fast charging and fingerprint scanner.
It is still not known when Samsung plans to launch these phones, but since, Chinese retail stores have started promoting them, an announcement can be expected soon.
