Apple said to unveil new iPad Pro lineup, 128GB iPhone SE, red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in March

Besides rumors of iPhone 8, which is due to launch later this year in September, we have also been hearing rumors about new iPads as well. Apple will be hosting its annual developer-focused WWDC on June 5, which does not include any product launches. However a new report suggest that the Cupertino giant will be holding an event before WWDC in March to introduce new devices.

Japanese Website Mac Otakara citing source, reports that Apple will introduce new 128GB iPhone SE, Red color variant of iPhone 7/7 Plus and new iPad Pro line up at the event.

According to the report Apple will add a new 128GB storage to the 4-inch iPhone SE, which is currently being offered with the option of 16GB and 64GB storage. The iPhone 7/7Plus will also get a new paint job in the form of red color, that will join the already available Matte Black, Jet Black, Gold, Rose Gold and Silver hues.

Coming to the iPad Pro line up, the report claims that Apple will introduce new 7.9-inch, 9.7-inch, 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch models with new design and smaller bezels. The 7.9-, 9.7, 12.9-inch iPad Pro models will go on sale in March itself, while the 10.5-inch model will start shipping in May. Lastly, the company is also expected to introduce new bands for the Apple Watch.

Note that Apple is yet to confirm it is holding product launch event in March, so take the report with a pinch of salt. That said, it's worth mentioning that Apple held an event last year in March to unveil the 4-inch iPhone SE and smaller iPad Pro.
