Huawei Watch 2 Android Wear 2.0 smartwatch press renders leaked

Huawei's upcoming Android Wear 2.0 smartwatch, the Huawei Watch 2 has surfaced in render, just day ahead of its unveiling.

The new renders come courtesy of Evan Blass and reveals that Huawei Watch will have a sporty design and arrive in Black, Orange and Speckled Grey hues. The watch will have a circular display, that is said to be same as its predecessor's 1.4-inch touch display. The display will show the fitness related data, along with date and time. There's also two physical button for performing various actions.

The Huawei Watch 2 will also include a heart rate sensor, and offer cellular connectivity, which will be provided by a nano-SIM card slot to enable data connectivity or to make and receive phone calls. It is expected to be available in two variants – one with cellular connectivity and another without it.

The watch will also most likely come with Play Store to download and install apps, without the need of smartphone; Android pay support and Google Assisstant, as it runs Android Wear 2.0.

Huawei's MWC event will take place on February 26, and the company will unveil the Huawei Watch 2 along with the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus at the event.
