Besides the P10 family, Huawei at its MWC event in Barcelona also introduced its latest smartwatch ―the Huawei Watch 2 and Watch 2 Classic ― running Android Wear 2.0 and boasting high-end features like GPS, NFC and a real-time heart rate monitor.

The Huawei Watch 2 features a sportier look and come with rubber bands and offers cellular connectivity, which will be provided by a nano-SIM card slot to enable data connectivity or to make and receive phone calls. The Huawei Watch 2 Classic on the other hand flaunts a stylish and premium look with stainless steel bezels and leather straps.

Both smartwatch features 1.2-inch (390 x 390 pixels) AMOLED Gorilla Glass 3 display, Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100, 768MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, WiFi, 4G LTE and Bluetooth. They are IP68 rated for dust and water resistant and fueled by 420mAh battery.

The Huawei Watch 2 is priced at 329 Euro (standard) and 379 Euro with 4G), while the Huawei Watch 2 Classic will set you back by 399 Euro. Both smartwatches will be available starting in March in Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Germany and China. They will be available in the U.S., UK, Russia and Australia in April. There’s also a Huawei Watch 2 Porsche Design variant with a tachymeter bezel, which will be launched in the coming months.
