Gionee M6S Plus with 6GB RAM, 6020mAh battery passes TENAA certification

A new Gionee branded smartphone called M6S Plus has been certified by China's TENAA revealing the renders and specifications. The phone's specs are a mix of Gionee's M6 and M6 Plus, but packs a massive 6GB RAM, instead of 4GB RAM.

Even the design remains the same, sporting metal body with a physical home button flanked by capacitive buttons and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Like the M6 Plus, as per the listing, the Gionee M6S Plus will feature 6-inch Full HD Super AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display, 2GHz octa-core processor (most likely MediaTek Helio P10), 64GB and 6020mAh battery. It will get a 12MP rear camera (w/ dual-tone LED flash) and 8MP front camera.

Other specs include microSD card & dual-SIMs support, 4G LTE, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and fast charging. It will be ship with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based Amigo OS, and come in two color options of White and Gold.

It is still not known, when Gionee will introduce the M6S Plus, but considering it passed China's TENAA, an official announcement can be expected in the coming weeks.
