nubia Z17 with dual-cameras gets certified by China's TENAA


ZTE's sub-brand nubia is all set to launch its first smartphone sporting dual-camera lens called nubia Z17 on March 21. Now just a day ahead of the official unveiling, a new nubia phone carrying the model number NX551J, claimed to be the nubia Z17 has received TENAA certification in China, revealing the specifications and product shots.

The image posted on TENAA confirms that the Z17 will sport dual rear cameras, and as per the listing, it will be dual 13MP units the main camera will be a 13MP sensor, while the secondary camera sensor is not specificed. The selfie camera is a 16MP lens. Also for the first time, the nubia Z17's fingerprint sensor will be embedded in the home button, instead of being placed in the rear.

As far as other specs are concerned, the nubia Z17 will feature 5.5-inch Full HD OLED display, octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, which is expandable. Running Android Marshmallow, the phone will be backed by 3560mAh battery, and packs the usual connectivity features like dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and more.

It will measure 7.3mm around the waist and sport metal unibody design, that comes in Gold and Black colors. We will get to know all the official details tomorrow.
