Moto E4, Moto E4 Plus possible specs are out

Motorola is expected to launch its latest budget Moto E4 line up soon, which this time includes Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus. We have already seen renders of both the devices, showing a new design resembling the Moto G5. Now the entire specs sheet of both Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus have leaked courtesy of Roland Quandt via Winfuture.de.

It is already known that Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus will come in different screen sizes. The Moto E4 (XT176x) will be an entry-level model sporting 5-inch screen, while the Moto E4 Plus (XT177x), will have  a bigger 5.5-inch screen and slightly slimmer bezels than the Moto E4.

The difference does not stop there, as the Moto E4 will pack a 2800mAh battery, while the Moto E4 Plus will be a power house packing a beefy 5000mAh battery. The Moto E4 will be offered in a single 2GB RAM variant, while the Moto E4 Plus in two variants with 2GB and 3GB RAM. 

Also, there's differences in the main camera as well. The Moto E4 will be equipped with an 8MP camera, and the E4 Plus will get a 13MP camera. Apart from these changes, other specs will be identical.

Both Moto E4 and E4 Plus will come with HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display with IPS panel, quad-core MediaTek MT6737M chip, 16GB storage, 5MP front camera, dual-SIM slots, microSD card slot, NFC (optional) and 4G LTE. They will run Android 7.1.1, and for the first time the Moto E series will get metal back (removable) and fingerprint scanner on the front.

As for the dimensions, the Moto E4 measures 144.7 x 72.3 x 8.99mm and weighs 155g, while the Moto E4 Plus measures 155.0 x 72.3 x 9.55mm and weigh 198g.

The source has also shared the pricing. The Moto E4 will be priced around 150 euros ($163 | Rs. 10,000) and come in Gray, Gold and Blue color. The Moto E4 Plus will be priced around 190 Euros ($206 | Rs. 13,200) and come in Gold and Gray color only. Unfortunately, an exact launch date is still not known.
