Asus ZenFone Live and nubia N1 Lite landing in India next week


Asus and ZTE sub-brand nubia are all set to launch their latest budget smartphones in India next week. nubia has scheduled an event on May 22 to launch the nubia N1 Lite, whereas Asus' event will take on May 24, and it will launch the ZenFone Live.

Both are budget smartphones and are expected to be priced around Rs. 10,000, and will compete with Xiaomi Redmi 4 & Redmi Note 4, Honor 6X, and Motorola's Moto G5.

To recap the specs, the nubia N1 Lite features 5.5-inch HD IPS display, 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage, 8MP f/2.0 rear camera with dual-LED flash, 5MP 84-degree wide angle front camera with selfie flash and 3000mAh battery. It will run Android Marshmallow out of the box, and come in Black w/ Gold color.

The Asus ZenFone Live comes with 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB expandable storage, 13MP f/2.0 rear camera with LED flash, 5MP f/2.2 front camera with soft LED flash and 2600mAh battery. It comes with a feature called BeautyLive, which allows users to smoothen out wrinkles and blemishes on their face in real-time while streaming to Facebook, YouTube and other popular streaming apps. The device runs Android Marshmallow and is expected to come in Shimmer Gold, Rose Pink and Navy Black colors.
