Lava Z10 new variant with 3GB RAM launched at Rs. 11,500


Lava is launching a new version of the mid-range Z10 with more RAM. The new Lava Z10 comes with 3GB RAM, instead of 2GB found on the original model. However, the new version still carries that price tag of Rs. 11,500, same as the original Z10. Apart from upgraded RAM, the rest of features are same.

The Lava Z10 comes with 5-inch HD display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with Mali T720 GPU. The storage capacity on-board is 16GB, and can be further expanded via microSD card (up to 128GB).

The camera department includes 8MP f/2.0 rear camera with LED flash, and 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera also with an LED flash to help you capture better selfies in low-light conditions. In terms of connectivity, it supports dual-SIMs, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It runs Android Marshmallow based Star OS 3.3 and is fueled by 2650mAh battery.

The Lava Z10 is already available to buy through the company's retail stores. It comes bundled with 365-days screen replancement policy, and 30 days replacement policy, where customers can get their devices replaced with a new one in case of hardware damage within a span of 30 days of purchase.
