Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus appears in leaked renders

Another day another leak here for Motorola. Earlier this month we got to know about a new version of Moto G5 dubbed Moto G5S, when an alphabetical road map for 2017 for the Moto line was leaked. Now renders of Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus has hit the interwebs, showing off its design and revealing the color options.

As seen in the render, the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus sports the same design as the Moto G5, but will have an all metal body as opposed to the metal back and plastic side on the Moto G5. It also has antenna bands on top and bottom, and the trademark Moto dimple in the middle.

Like the Moto G5, the rear camera lens of the Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus will be placed inside a circular module. However, Moto G5S has a single camera, while the Moto G5S Plus has dual-cameras at the back accompanied by LED flash. On the front both devices will have selfie flash, and the physical home button below the display, that will hide the fingerprint sensor.

The Moto G5S will be offered in Grey, Gold and Blue hues , while the Moto G5S+ will arrive in Gold, Grey, Silver (with White front) and Gold (with White front) colors.

As far as specs are concerned, the Moto G5S is expected to feature 5.2-inch Full HD display, and the G5S Plus will have a bigger 5.5-inch screen. Both will come with octa-core processor and run Android Nougat out of the box. Unfortunately, details about the storage, RAM, camera, battery and availability is not known.

Besides Moto G5S line, Motorola is also prepping to unveil the Moto Z2 line, Moto X4 and Moto E4 line. The company has already launched the Moto C and Moto C Plus earlier this month.
