SanDisk launches iXpand Mini Flash Drive in India starting at Rs. 2,750

SanDisk is launching its iXpand Mini Flash Drive for iPhone and iPad in India. The pen drive comes in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128 storage capacities, with starting prices ranging between Rs. 2,750 to Rs. 7,050.

The iXpand Mini Flash drive offers read speed of up to 70Mbps and is equipped with both a Lightning and USB 3.0 connector, that lets you quickly and easily transfer files between iPhone, iPad, Max and PC. It features encryption software that password protects files,  and allows users to share content while keeping sensitive files protected across devices.

The device comes with a companion app called iXpand Drive for iPhone and iPad, which allows users to automatically back up their camera roll as well as content from social networking websites including tagged images from Facebook and Instagram to the flash drive. In addition, the app also allows users to cast content from the SanDisk iXpand Mini Flash Drive directly to their TV via Chromecast or Amazon Fire. The app is available for download from the App store, and launches when the flash drive is plugged into the iPhone or iPad.

The iXpand Mini Flash Drives is available to buy exclusively through Flipkart and is backed by two-year limited warranty.
