InFocus Turbo 5 with 5000mAh battery launched in India starting at Rs. 6,999
As expected, US based device maker InFocus has launched Turbo 5, a battery-centric smartphone in India.
It packs 5000mAh battery, and promises up to 23 hours of talk time, 50 hours of music playback, 15 hours of video streaming and up to 816 or 34 days of stanby time. It also supports Reverse Charging functionality, which means, you can use the smartphone as a power bank, and charge other devices via OTG.
As for the other specs, the metal-clad InFocus Turbo 5 features 5.2-inch HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass and is powered by 1.25GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor backed by Mali T720 GPU. It will be offered in two versions: 2GB RAM/16GB storage and 3GB RAM/32GB storage. The device supports expandable storage via microSD card and runs Android Nougat out of the box. However, the brand promises update to Android O.
For photography its gets 13MP f/2.2 rear camera with LED flash and 5MP f/2.2 front facing camera. In terms of connectivity, it supports dual-SIMs, 4G, VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack and GPS. The package also includes a fingerprint scanner as well, which is located at the back.
The InFocus Turbo 5 price starts at Rs. 6,999 for the 2GB RAM variant, and Rs. 7,999 for the 3GB RAM version. It will be available exclusively from Amazon India starting July 4 in Pure Gold and Mocha Gold colors.
