Moto E4 Plus with 5000mAh battery India launch set for July 12

Just a few days back the Moto E4 was made available for purchase in India via offline channels for Rs. 8,999. And for the past few weeks, the company has been teasing the release of its bigger sibling Moto E4 Plus.

Now Motorola has sent out invites for an event scheduled next week on July 12 to locally launch the Moto E4 Plus and reveal its pricing and availability.

The main highlight of Moto E4 Plus is its beefy 5000mAh battery, which is said to provide juice for the device up to two days without charging. It also compatible with 10W rapid charger for fast charging and offer hours of battery life in minutes of charging.

Motorola is also promoting the Moto E4 Plus highlighting its battery on social media and says "A dead phone is the modern-day shortest horror story. We will ensure you don’t feel #Powerless again. What’s coming next? #StayTuned."

The Moto E4 Plus sports a metal body and the specs include 5.5-inch HD display, quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor (US variant Snapdragon 425), 3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB internal storage, 13MP/5MP cameras, 4G VoLTE, fingerprint scanner and separate slots for microSD card and dual-SIMs. It will run Android 7.1.1 out of the box.

Unlike Moto E4, which was exclusive to offline channel, the Moto E4 Plus is most likely to be exclusively available online. We should know all the local details next Wednesday.
