Sony India launches smart home audio system with party lights

Sony India is expanding its One Box audio system line-up with the launch of MHC-V50D. The portable audio system boasts inbuilt party lights and support for karaoke mode, DJ effects and motion control.

With motion control you can change tracks or play/pause music using by just shaking your smartphone. The audio system even allows you to plug a guitar.

The Sony MHC-V50D has a built-in DVD/CD player, USB ports, an audio input port, an HDMI output port, and a built-in FM radio tuners. For wireless connectivity to pair with smartphone or other audio devices, it gets Bluetooth and NFC support.

It has a back-lit touch panel to let you control music playback easily in the dark. The audio system can illuminate multi-colored light through lens from the ceiling to the floor and sync with the beat of the music. There's also a dedicated app called Music Center app, that lets you customize effects for voice, music and lightning.

The Sony MHC-V50D have been priced at Rs. 33,990 and will be available from all Sony Centers and major electronics store across the country starting July 13.
