OxygenOS 4.5.11 for OnePlus 5 brings several bug fixes, September security patch and more
OnePlus is rolling out a new update to its latest flagship the OnePlus 5, in the form of OxygenOS 4.5.11 that brings several bug fixes, latest security patch, optimizations for improving the performance of the device.
Among the changes that comes with OxygenOS 4.5.11, OnePlus claims to have fixed an issue that caused YouTube videos to lag behind the audio for some users. It has also fixed display issues of some UI elements, and a bug that caused 4G+ network to function poorly in some regions.
The update also adds support for customization of notification ringtone, improves app launching speeds and optimizes adaptive brightness. Lastly, the update brings security patches for the September month, and some other general bug fixes.
OxygenOS 4.5.1 change-log
OnePlus says the OxygenOS 4.5.1 for OnePlus 5 is rolling out over-the-air in phases, which means only a small number of users will get the update first, followed by a wider-roll out in the coming days.
