Airtel is offering additional 15GB data per month for six months for Moto X4 users

Airtel has teamed up with Motrola to bundle additional data benefits on the newly launched Moto X4. The leading telecom operator will offer additional 15GB of data every month for six months with Moto X4, making the total data amount to 90GB. The offer is valid until May 2018, and can be availed by both prepaid and post paid Airtel customers through the MyAirtel app.

To get started, customers purchasing the Moto X4 should insert the Airtel 4G SIM card on the device. Then they need to open the MyAirtel app with the same Airtel number which they inserted on Moto X4. In the app, you will see an option called 'Claim Now', and clicking on it will add the additional data to your account. The procedure to claim the data applies for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

If you're a prepaid customer, you have to recharge Rs. 349 tariff plan for six consecutive months to get the additional 15GB data. As a reminder, the Rs. 349 plan offers unlimited voice calls including roaming and 1.5GB data per day for 28 days. Having said that, the 15GB data can be used, after you've exhausted the 1.5GB data, and there's no daily FUP with the 15GB data.

Postpaid customers should be on any of the Airtel myPlan Infinity plans of Rs. 499 and above to avail the 15GB additional data. The benefit of being Airtel postpaid customer is that you can carry forward the unused  data to the next month. In this case, Moto X4 users will be able to carry forward unused 15GB data to the next billing cycle.

It's worth mentioning that the offer will be ceased if a customer change their SIM card from the Moto X4.
