Vodafone announces Rs. 458 and Rs. 509 prepaid plan with 1GB data per day


Vodafone India has launched two new prepaid plans of Rs. 458 and 509, that will cater to Vodafone's combo plans department. These plans are currently available for select circle including Mumbai and Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgrah, and should roll out to other circles in the coming weeks.

The Rs. 458 plan offers 1GB data per day for 70 days, along with unlimited local and STD calls, 100 SMS per day and free roaming. However, the calls are capped at 250 minutes per day and 1,000 minutes per week.

The Rs. 509 on the other also offers 1GB data per day, but the validity is extended to 84 days. Other benefits of this plan is same as the Rs. 458 pack.

Additionally, Vodafone is also offering a free subscription to Vodafone Play for customers recharging these plan.

In related news, Vodafone recently launched a new Chhota Champion plan, designed for prepaid users who have minimal data and voice calling requirements throughout the month. The pack is priced at Rs. 38 and gives users 100 local and STD calling minutes and 100MB 3G/4G data for a period of 28 days. The same pack for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Jharkhand, and Andhra Pradesh and Telangana 100 local and STD calling minutes and 200MB of 2G data for 28 days.
