The teaser image shows OnePlus One smartphone that is being erased and redrawn. The caption that reads "Time to change" hinting at the launch of OnePlus Two.

In addition, according to benchmark results the OnePlus Two features full HD display, Snapdragon 810 processor, Adreno 430 GPU, 3GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera and 3300mAh battery. OnePlus A2003 with Snapdragon 810 processor benchmarked, is this OnePlus Two?

The successor to the OnePlus One after being spotted at GeekBenck benchmark, has again made an appearance on Chinese benchmarking website Ludashi.

According to the benchmark listing, the OnePlus Two comes with model number A2003, which is different from the OnePlus A2001 which we saw last week in Geekbench. The device could be the OnePlus Two or a new variant of it.

As for the specs, the OnePlus A2003 will sport full-HD (1080 x 1920 pixels) display, 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front facing camera and Android 5.1 Lollipop. Most of these specs are similar to those previously mentioned in GeekBench. The chipset (Snapdragon 810) was already confirmed by OnePlus CEO.

The OnePlus 2 is rumored to be announced on May 28, the day when the company will announce the Hydrogen OS. The Hydrogen OS is the chinese version of Oxygen OS. But that highly unlikely as the company already made it public that the OnePlus Two will be released in Q3. Earlier this month OnePlus CEO revealed that the OnePlus Two will carry the price tag CNY 2499 that works out around $403 or Rs. 25,600 at the current exchange rate.

Possible OnePlus One successor appears in Geekbench

Earlier this month OnePlus CEO revealed that OnePlus Two will come with Qualcomm’s octa core 64-bit processor, the Snapdragon 810. A possible successor to the OnePlus One smartphone has appeared in Geekbench benchmark results page running Snapdragon 810.

The smartphone is listed as OnePlus One with model number A2001. The benchmark page reveals that the OnePlus One A2001 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and packs 3GB RAM (2.7GB available) and 1.55GHz octa-core processor. The processor model is MSM8994 which is Snapdragon 810. The device received scores of 1256 for single-core and 4093 for multi-core.

The actual OnePlus One carries the model number A0001 and is powered by quad-core Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974), so it looks like the 'A2001' could possibly be OnePlus two.

As said before, Earlier this month OnePlus CEO hinted the presence of Snapdragon 810 for the successor of OnePlus Two. He also revealed that the OnePlus Two will carry the price tag CNY 2499 that works out around $403 or Rs. 25,600 at the current exchange rate. The OnePlus Two is expected to be announced during Q3 this year.

OnePlus Two to come with Snapdragon 810, carry a price tag of $400

The successor to the flagship killer OnePlus One is likely to be called OnePlus Two and will come with Qualcomm’s octa core 64-bit processor, the Snapdragon 810 and the is expected to be priced around $400.

The details were revealed by OnePlus CEO Liu Zuohu to his Weibo followers. He asked: “If OnePlus Two comes with Snapdragon 810, what do you think will be the price?”

After getting various replies, Liu managed to give out a reasonable figure. He posted "2499 Yuan seems to be a reasonable price." that works out around $403 or Rs. 25,600 at the current exchange rate.

The use of Snapdragon 810 SoC on OnePlus two will draw lots of criticism as the processor tends to heat and trottle a bit too much. Said that, OnePlus Two is not coming for a few more months. The company might tweak some configurations and solve the heating issue and get the best out of the smartphone.

According to rumors OnePlus Two will come with 4GB RAM and 5.5-inch 2K screen. It is also expected to feature a finger print sensor. OnePlus Two is expected to be announced in Q3 this year.
