Tech website Android Origin claims to have details of both the Sony Xperia Z4 Compact and Xperia Z4 Ultra. Both devices will have similar hardware features except the size, rear camera and RAM.

The Xperia Z4 compact will sport a 4.7-inch 1080p display and powered by Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Other features include a 20.7-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and enhanced stereo speakers, Bluetooth 4.1 and NFC. It should also be water-resistant and support wireless charging. The device will be powered by 3,000mAh battery.

Meanwhile, the Xperia Z4 Ultra will  sport a massive 6.44-inch Quad HD display, a 16-megapixel camera, 4GB of RAM, stylus and a much biggger battery capacity  said to be between 3,500 and 4,000mAh. . Other features are similar to the Z4 Compact.

According to Android Origin The Xperia Z4 compact and Xperia Z4 ultra could be delayed due to shortage of Snapdragon 810 chipset. The devices are expected to be launched in Q2 next year.
