Acer Liquid Jade and Liquid E700 Launched in India

Acer has launched two new smartphones in India - Acer Liquid Jade and Jade E700. The device was unveiled in May during the Computex 2014 event. Acer said the smartphone 'targets users for whom every device or accessory carried is an expression of their style and personality.'

Acer Liquid Jade is dual SIM smartphone and features 5-inch IPS 'Zero Air Gap' display with an HD 720p resolution protected by Gorilla Glass 3 screen. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with a Mali 400 GPU paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory expandable via MicroSD card upto 32GB. It runs Android KitKat 4.4. Camera features include a 13-megapixel rear camera with 1080p HD video recording and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, A-GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device is backed by 2100mAh battery.

The Acer Liquid E700 features the same display, processor, memory, storage and connectivity configuration as the Liquid Jade. Other features include 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash in the back, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with flash. The unique feature of Liquid E700 is that it comes with three-SIM slots and is backed by a beefy 3,500mAh battery.

The Acer Liquid Jade and Liquid Jade E700 is priced t Rs 16,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively and will be exclusively available on Snapdeal.
