Lenovo To Announce A New 4G Budget Smartphone at CES 2015 For Indian Market
Lenovo will launch its new entry level handset at CES 2015 Las Vegas that will be competing with Micromax Yu Yureka and Xiaomi Redmi Note.
The chinese company will announce a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 based LTE device. The handset will have an aggressive price point in the Rs. 9,000 ($150) range and is expected to launch in India soon after it is showcase at CES 2015.
There is no details on which handset will be announced but it is highly speculated that this Lenovo handset will be the Lemon K3 which was recently launched in China. The Lenovo K3 is powered by Snapdragon 410 processor and features 4G LTE connectivity, and was priced at CNY 599 (Rs. 6,000; $100).
Other features include a 5-inch HD IPS display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage with microSD card support, 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera and 2300mAh battery.
