Salora Launches Arya Z3 Octa-Core smartphone in India

Indian technology company Salora International launched a new budget smartphone in the Arya series dubbed Arya Z3. The device is priced at Rs. 6,999 and is exclusively available via Amazon India.

The Arya Z3 is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs Android 4.4 KitKat. It features 5-inch HD (720x1280) IPS OGS display and is powered by an octa-core 1.4GHz MediaTek MT6592 processor coupled with Mail-450 GPU.

It packs 1GB RAM and houses 8GB internal storage. There is also a micorSD card slot to expand the storage (supports up to 32GB).

The Arya Z3 is equipped with 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB and FM radio. The handset draws power from a 2200mAh battery. It measures 144x71x8.9mm and weighs 155 grams.

The Salora Arya Z3 comes with Hotknot feature. This feature allows two phones to exchange photos and videos by tapping the screens of two compatible devices together. The Gesture Control features lets you quickly open apps, unlock smartphone and answer a call directly from the lock screen. It also has Ultra power saving mode to enhance your battery life.
