LG sends out invite for April 28 event, LG G4 launch expected


LG is all set to launch its 2015 flagship device. The company has sent out press invites to the media for a event taking place on April 28 for unveiling of the LG G4.

The event will take place in New York, London, paris on April 28 followed by Seoul, Singapore and Istanbul on April 29.

The invite reads  "See the Great. Feel the Great" with G highlighted using LG’s logo used for G series smartphones which indicates the launch the next G series flagship. The invite also hints that the upcoming LG smartphone will have a leather build.

The rumored specs of LG G4 include 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) QHD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Hexa-Core SoC  (4 x ARM Cortex-A53 and 2 x ARM Cortex-A57) with Adreno 418 GPU, 3GB DDR3 RAM, 32GB internal storage, 16-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front facing camera, 4G LTE and Android 5.1 Lollipop with the company's propreitory UI - LG UX 4.0 on top.
