Selfie-centric 'Infocus M2' with 8-megapixel rear and front camera launched in India for Rs. 4,999
USA based smartphone maker, InFocus has set foots in the Indian market. Infocus has collaborated with Indian online store Snapdeal and launched the Infocus M2 smartphone.
The company states the the Infocus M2 comes with superlative features as compared to smartphones priced double its cost. It also announced that the Infocus phones are manufactured by one of the largest manufacturer in the world - Foxconn
The Infocus M2 smartphone features a 4.2-inch WXGA (768x1280 pixels) LTPS TFT LCD display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor.
It houses 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and microSD card slot (accepts microSD card up to 64GB). It runs Android 4.4 KitKat with InLife UI on top.
Camera department is handled by 8-megapixel camera at its rear and front camera with LED flash. The rear camera features a backside-illuminated (BSI) sensor and also includes options such as exposure compensation, continuous shots, scene setting, white balance, face recognition, beauty shot and photo enhancer.
Connectivity features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, and 3G. It is backed by 2010mAh non-removable battery.
The InFocus M2 smartphone is priced at Rs. 4,999 and is available exclusively via Snapdeal starting today.
