Throw this digitized Notebook in the microwave to erase every page and reuse it

Rocketbook offers the pleasure of writing in a traditional paper and pen notebook, while digitizing all notes and sending them to cloud. In simple words, whatever you write and draw on the notebook is sent to the cloud using a Android or iOS device.

The Rocketbook is up on Crowd funding website Indiegogo and the goal is to reach $20,000, and in just a week of time it smashed through the funding goal raising over $250,000.

The Rocketbook contains unique pages that allows for easy organization in the cloud. All the pages feature a dot grid pattern that allows you to write, sketch and design.

There are seven icons at the bottom of each page. These icons can be assigned to different functions of your choice, such as saving to dropbox, Evernote, Google Docs or sending document to your email box. Mark one of the icon on the page and Rocketbook (using smartphone app) will instantly send the notes to the cloud storage platform of your choice.

Now here's the crazy part, After you have scanned, digitized and saved the notes, you can simply throw the Rocketbook in the microwave, and in just 30 seconds it will erase all your notes and you can reuse it. For this you will have to use Pilot FriXion pens. The FriXion pens use a sepcial kind of thermo-sensitive ink that turns clear when exposed to high temperatures. The Rocketbook has been designed to be microwave-safe.

You can get the Rocketbook for $25 (plus $15 shipping charges) which includes 50-sheets and one FriXion Pilot pen.

If things go as planned the company will ship the Rocketbook in July.
