Acer unveils Liquid X2 with 4000mAh battery and tri-Sim slots
Acer at its press event in New York unveiled a brand new phablet dubbed 'Liquid X2'. The main highlight of the smartphone is its massive 4000mAh battery that should allow it to run for a day or two and the ability to support three Sim cards. Acer says the smartphone is made for those who travel a lot.
It is worth noting that Lenovo's recently announced A5000 and K80 also comes with the same battery capacity.
The Acer Liquid X2 sports 5.5-inch display and is powered by 64-bit octa-core processor. It comes equipped with 13-megapixel rear and front facing camera with f/1.8 lens. It also comes with plenty of Acer's software and runs Android. Other details are scarce.
Acer also showed off the Quick Touch flip case for Acer Liquid X2 that offers fast access to music controls, weather, time and other features without flipping the case open.
Acer Liquid X2 will arrive the U.S in May. There are no details on pricing.
