Spice Stellar 519 with 4G LTE support launched in India for Rs. 8,499


Spice Mobility launched the company's first 4G LTE enabled smartphone dubbed Stellar 519. According to Spice Mobility CEO Prashant Bindal the Stellar 519 "promises to deliver an outstanding and seamless internet browsing experience." and "offers a scintillating combination of an amazing user experience with excellent speed and multi-tasking options".

The Spice Stellar 519 sports 5-inch FWVGA (480x854) display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU. The handset packs 1GB RAM and comes with 8GB of internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and supports dual-SIM.

Camera features include 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 3.2-megapixel front facing camera.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS and 3G. Spice Stellar 519 includes a 2500mAh battery, has a thickness of 9.5mm and features support for multiple languages.

The Spice Steallar 519 comes with a price tag of Rs. 8,499 and will be available across the country via major retail stores, Spice Hotspot stores and Spice's online retail store Saholic.com

At the given price, the Stellar 519, will compete with other budget smartphones that include Lenovo A6000 Plus, Xiaomi Redmi 2 and Moto E (2nd gen) LTE.
