Lava Iris X1 Atom S with 3G support launched for Rs. 4,149
Lava's latest entry-level offering for the Indian mobile market is the Iris X1 Atom S. It is priced at Rs. 4,149 and will be available in the country via major brick and mortar stores and e-commerce websites. Online the phone is available for Rs. 3,799. It comes in black and white exteriors.
The Lava Iris X1 Atom S features 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) TFT display and is powered by 1GHz processor paired with 512MB RAM. The phone comes with 8GB internal storage, further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card and runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
Camera features include 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 0.3-megapixel VGA front facing camera. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 3G, Micro-USB, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 and GPS. It is fueled by 1400mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 14 hours 20 minutes of talk time on 2G, 5 hours 41 minutes of talk time on 3G, 300 hours of standby time on 2G, and 170 hours of standby time on 3G.
