Xolo Cube 5.0 with 5-inch HD display launched for Rs. 7,999

Xolo has silently launched the Cube 5.0 smartphone for Rs. 7,999. It will be available in black, white and gold color in the coming days via major brick and motar stores across India.

Xolo Cube 5.0 features 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD OGS (One Glass Solution technology) display with ASAHI Dragontrail glass protection. The screen has 85% NTSC color gamut that offers ultra-high color contrast and vivid colors.

Under the hood there is an 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor paired with Mali 400 GPU and 1GB RAM. It houses 8GB internal storage, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.

The Cube 5.0 sports 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter for taking selfies. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. A 2100mAh battery fuels the device that is rated to deliver up to 600 hours of standby time on 3G, 466 hours of standby time on 2G, 24 hours of talk-time on 2G, 11 hours of talk-time on 3G, 21.2 hours of music playback time, and 4.2 hours of video playback.
