ZTE Maven and Sonata 2 with 4G LTE support launched in the U.S

ZTE launched two budget-friendly smartphones for the U.S mobile market dubbed Maven and Sonata 2. The ZTE Maven is AT&T bound and ZTE Sonata 2 will be exclusively available on Cricket Wireless. Both phone offer decent specs for their respective price point. Both support 4G LTE connectivity.

ZTE Maven features 4.5-inch 854x480 pixels display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor aided by 1GB RAM. Onboard storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. Camera features include 5-megapixel rear facing camera and 0.3-megapixel VGA front facing shooter. It is fueled by 2100mAh battery.

The ZTE Maven will be available in AT&T stores, or the att.com website off-contract for US$59.99.

ZTE's Sonata 2 features 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor aided by 1GB RAM. It also has 4GB on-board storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card), 5-megapixel rear shooter, 2-megapixel front shooter. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and is backed by 1650mAh battery.

ZTE Sonata 2 will be available via cricketwireless.com and in select Cricket Wireless retail stores nationwide for $29.99 with phone line activation or with an eligible upgrade.
