Polaroid launches Cube+ wireless camera with built-in WiFi for $150

Polaroid Cube+ camera is the successor to the Cube Pocket camera. It comes with built-in WiFi connectivity and better camera features than its predecessor. Polaroid's Cube+ camera is priced at $150 (Rs. 9,500) and will go on sale starting August.

The Polaroid Cube+ is dice shaped and measures 1.34 x 1.34-inch. It features a simple-one button design and rugged, rubberized exterior. It sports an 8-megapixel camera, which is an upgrade from 6-megapixel shooter on the Cube.

Cube+ has wide-angle lens that is capable of recording full HD videos continuously for up to 90 minutes and can take still images. It is embedded with magnets so it can be mounted on metal surfaces like bicycle handlebars, helmets and more. Up to 32GB microSD card are supported which can be used to store files. It is splash-resistant up to 6.5 feet and comes in red, black and blue colors.

The Cube+ pairs with smartphone and tablet through WiFi. You can control the Cube+, upload and share photos and video via Cube+ app for Android and iOS devices.Additionally, users can edit, save, print and share their videos and photos instantly from their mobile device using the app

The company also announced that Polaroid Zip photo printer is now available in a range of four colors (red, black, white and black) for $130. The compact mobile printer allows to instantly print and share 2"x 3" photos from their smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or NFC using Zink Zero Ink printing technology.
