Karbonn Aura 9 with 4000mAh battery, 21 Indian language support launched for Rs. 6,390

Karbonn has added a new smartphone to its Aura Series, named Aura 9. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat, supports dual-SIM and also has support for 21 Indian languages. Also in offer are Smart Gesture Controls which allows users to quickly access app even when the phone is locked.

The main highlight of Aura 9 is its massive 4000mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time.

Karbonn Aura 9 sports a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB expandable storage (up to 32GB supported). For imaging, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera. On the connctivity front, it supports 3G, WiFi, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth 3.0 and Micro-USB. It comes in Navy Blue and White colors.

Priced at Rs. 6,390, the Karbonn Aura 9 will be available via major brick and mortar stores and online stores as well.
