Motorola launches Moto Xpress, a new 'at-home' after-sale service for Rs. 199

Motorola India has announced a new service for its customers called the Moto Xpress. Under the pilot project, Motorola India is offering pick and drop facility for its handsets for customers facing issues regarding accessories and software on the spot. The service is being started in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.

However, if the customers have any hardware related issues with their device, these will be resolved within five working days under the doorstep customer service. The Moto X service costs Rs. 199 and can be booked by contacting the number +911141717124.

The move will supposedly help boost the sales of the latest Moto G 3rd gen smartphone in the country. Motorola currently has 160 service centre across the country.

Last month Motorola launched the Moto G 3rd gen in India and it went on sale the same day midnight. It comes in two RAM/ROM variants - 1GB RAM/8GB storage model for Rs. 11,999 and 2GB RAM/16GB storage model for Rs. 12,999. It features 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 410 processor, 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 5-megapixel front shooter, 4G LTE, IPX7 rating. 2470mAh battery and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
