Google Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P launched in India
Google has launched the new Nexus smartphone- LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P in India. Both were unveiled in September running Android 6.0 Marshmallow. They also come with USB Type-C USB and Nexus Imprint fingerprint sensor.
The LG made Nexus 5X is the smaller of the duo with 5.2-inch Full HD display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Inside there is an 1.8GHz hexa-core Snapdragon 808 SoC with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB/32GB storage options. For imaging, it is equipped with 12.3-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and, 4K and slow-motion (120 fps) video recording. On the front there is 5-megapixel shooter with HDR+ and f/2.0 aperture. It is fueled by a 2700mAh battery, with Quick charge support offering up to 3.8 hours of charge in 10 minutes. The device comes in Carbon Black, Quartz White and Ice Blue Colors.
The Huawei made Nexus 6P is a bigger offering and is the first full-metal Nexus smartphone, built out of aluminum and is just 7.33mm thich. It sports a 5.7-inch QHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection and is equipped with a 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 v2.1 SoC with 3GB LPDD4 RAM and storage capacity of 32GB or 64GB. There is a 12.3-megapixel on the back with dual-LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and can record 4K and slow-motion (120 fps) videos. On the front there is an 8-megapixel shooter with HDR+ and f/2.4 aperture. It also has dual front-ported speakers and a 3450 fuels the device which supports Quick Charge which provides up to 7 hours of charge in 10 minutes. It will be available in Aluminum and Graphite colors.
The Google Nexus 5X is priced at Rs. 31,900 for the 16GB variant and Rs. 35,900 for the 32GB variant. It is now up for pre-order at Amazon India and will go on sale through Amazon. It will be available via offline stores on the same day as well. It comes with free Bluetooth headset worth Rs. 2500, free screen replacement worth Rs. 6500 and cash back worth Rs. 3500 on HDFC credit cards.

It also comes with free Chromecast worth Rs. 2999 or Logitech Bluetooth speaker worth Rs. 2,495 for early adopters, double data offer for Airtel customers and EMI offers on major credit cards.
