Lava Iris Fuel F1 with 4000mAh battery announced


Lava's Fuel series of smartphone is best known for its batter capacity. The company has added a new smartphone to this series, the Iris Fuel F1. It is listed on Lava's website for Rs. 8,700, with no word on availability.

The Lava Iris Fuel F1 is fueled by a 4000mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 20 days of standby time and up to 30 hours of talk time.

It features a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) IPS display and equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, has dual-SIM slots and support 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/b, Bluetooth 4.0 GPS/A-GPS and micro-USB 2.0 connectivity. There is a 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera.

The Lava Iris Fuel F1 will be competing against Intex Aqua Power II, Karbonn Aura 9 and Micromax Canvas Juice 3, which packs massive battery.
