Samsung India lists Galaxy On5 on its website

Samsung India has listed the Galaxy On5 smartphone on its website with details about the innards. In addition, the Galaxy On7 has also been listed on the website, but no specs have been listed. The listing has now been pulled down.

Samsung is touting the Galaxy On5 to sport aunprecedentedly thin frame and bezel'; 'sleek design' and an 'eye-catching, leather-feel rear cover adds an extra touch of class’ alongside a camera that can 'click brighter, more detailed images and superb selfies'.

As per the listing, the Galaxy On5 features 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) TFT display and powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor with Mali-T720 GPU and 1.5GB RAM. Storage capacity is 8GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. The listing does not mention the Android version.

For imaging, there is 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture. It can record 1080p videos as well. On the front sits a 5-megapixel shooter. It also has dual SIM support and 4G connectivity with support for 1800 MHz (Band 3)  and 2300 MHz (Band 40) LTE in India. Other connectivity features include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS/ GLONASS connectivity. The battery capacity is 2600mAh.

The listing also suggests that the Galaxy On5 will be compatible with Gear Circle wearable. It measures 142.3x72.1x8.5mm, weighs 149 grams and comes in Black and Gold color.

Unfortunately the listing does not reveal the pricing of the Galaxy On5.
