Intex Auqa Super with 3GB RAM, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 4G support announced
Intex has added a new mid-range smartphone to its Aqua series family. Dubbed Aqua Super, it is the third Intex smartphone to pack 3GB RAM. The other two are Aqua Ace and Cloud Swift.
The Intex Aqua Super features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is equipped with 1GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6735P SoC complemented by Mali-T720 GPU, 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage (11GB available), further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.
For imaging, it is equipped with 8-megapixel camera at the back accompanied by LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. The camera flaunts features like Face Detection, Auto Scene, Selfie-Timer, Smile Detection, Face Beauty, Live Photo, Panorama, Motion Tracker mode, Anti-Shake, HDR, Victory gesture, voice capture, and continuous shot.
On the connectivity front there is support for Dual SIM, 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is fueled by 2150mAh battery which offers 6 hours of talktime and 250 hours of standby time.
The Intex Aqua Super comes in Grey, Black, White and Champagne colors and is priced at Rs. 10,390. Intex also offers 1-year screen breakage warranty and a complementary bag pack with the phone.
