Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6 launched in India for Rs. 17,999


Asus has launched the 6-inch model of ZenFone 2 laser dubbed ZenFone 2 Laser 6 ZE601KL. The phone supports dual-SIM and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with ZenUI 2.0 on top. It also features one-hand mode and kids mode.

The Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6 features a phablet-grade 6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with Croning Gorilla Glass 4 for protection against scratches. Inside there is a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor, aided by Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM. It comes with 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. In addition Asus is offering 5GB of Asus WebStorage for lifetime and 100GB of free Google Drive space for two years.

It sports 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, 4-element autofocus lens and Laser autofocus. For clicking selfies there is a 5-megapixel front shooter with f/2.0 aperture, 85-degree wide-angle lens, selfie panorama mode and more.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac , Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.It is fueled by 3000mAh battery. The device gets a oleophobic anti-fingerprint coating and comes in Glacier Gray, Sheer Gold and Glamour Red colors.

The Asus ZenFone 2 Laser 6 is priced at Rs. 17,999 and will be available via Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon starting today midnight and will be available through offline channels from second week of December.

The 6-inch model (ZE601KL) is the third device in the Asus ZenFone 2 Laser family, the other two being Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 (ZE550KL) that went on sale in September, and the Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 (ZE550KL-1B122IN) that went on sale in October.
