Huawei Enjoy 5s with all-metal body, octa-core CPU, fingerprint sensor announced
Huawei has introduced its latest budget smartphone, the Enjoy 5s in China. The phone sports an all metal body, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based EMUI 3.1 Lite UI on top and is equipped with a fingerprint sensor placed at the back panel. It comes with 4G LTE connectivity, along with support for Indian 4G bands.
The Huawei Enjoy 5s features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753T processor, further aided by 2GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, which can be further topped via a microSD card.
For photography, it sports 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity features includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and 4G LTE. It offers Hybrid dual-SIM slots, the second SIM slot also doubles as the microSD card slot. It is fueled by a 2200mAh battery, which is rated to deliver up to 420 minutes of 2G talk time and 200 hours of standby time.
Priced at CNY 1,199 (Rs. 12,500 | $190), the Huawei Enjoy 5s is available for pre-order on China's VMall online retailer. It comes in Silver and Gold colors, and will be available starting December 10.
