iBerry Auxus Stunner comes bundled with VR headset for Rs. 14,990

Hong Kong-based electronics manufacturer iberry has launched a virtual reality smartphone for India, the Auxus Stunner. The phone has a matte rubber finish with metal linings on the sides, which gives it a decent look.

The main highlight of the Auxus Stunner is that it comes  bundled with a Virtual Reality (VR) Headset that makes the user view the contents such as videos, games on the smartphone in virtual reality experience. The VR experience gives the user a 360 degree 3D dimensional view of the contents.

The Auxus Stunner will go up against the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, which also comes bundled with VR headset. However, the brand name, improved hardware, and cheaper price makes the Vibe K4 Note the winner.

The iberry Auxus Stunner sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor aided by Mali-T720 GPU, 3GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card up to 128GB. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.

For imaging, it is equipped with 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel selfies camera, both accompanied by LED flashes. The dual SIM phone supports 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS and Micro-USB. It is fueled by 3000mAh battery and supports quick charging. It also comes with support for Universal Remote, letting you control your home accessories right from the device.
