Lenovo ideacentre 610S is a mini PC with detachable projector


Lenovo's ideacentre 610S is a mini desktop PC that comes with a wireless projector that can be stacked on top of the case or mounted onto a small tripod with the built-in tripod hole.

The Projector is a 220-lumen short throw wireless projector that can display a screen of 100-inch size from a distance of 2.4 meters. It has an HDMI input, USB 2.0, built-in battery and a 2 watt speaker. It has a resolution of 720p and is powered by a Texas Instruments DLP chip. The projector pairs to the mini PC wirelessly via a WiHD 60GHz wireless connection.

The desktop itself is powered by an Intel Core i7 Skylake processor and supports up to 16GB RAM and up to 2TB HDD or 256 SSD. There is an optional NVIDIA GTX 750Ti graphics with dedicated 2GB GDDR5 GPU. For connectivity there is Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, 4 x USB 3.0 port, WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0. It also has a SD card reader. It weighs 2kg and comes in Platinum Silver color.

The Lenovo ideacentre 610S will be available in June for $849 (Rs. 56,000) and up. The price includes the projector also.
