Toshiba DynaPad 2-in-1 Windows tablet up for pre-order in the U.S for $569.99


Toshiba's dynaPad 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet that was introduced at IFA 2015 is up for pre-order from company website for $569.99. It will also hit Microsoft stores later this month. The company says the dynaPad is the world's thinnest and lightest Windows tablet that measures 6.9mm thin and weighs 1.28 pounds (580g)

The Toshiba dynaPad tablet comes with a Wacom Active Electrostatics (ES) TruPen that has 2,048 levels of pressure for high-precision writing on the tablet’s 12-inch diagonal WUXGA+ (1920 × 1280 pixels) IPS display with anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint coating.  

It is powered by 1.44GHz Intel Atom x5 Z8300 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB flash storage, further expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB) The tablet sports 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front facing camera. Connectivity options include 2 x micro USB 2.0 ports, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a micro  HDMI port. It offers battery life of 7 hours.

Toshiba is also offering a special keyboard dock for its dynaPad, when attached, the tablet can be used as a laptop.
