Intex Cloud Jewel with 4G LTE launched for Rs. 5,999


Intex Technologies has expanded its range of 4G smartphone with the launch of Cloud Jewel in India. The handset comes with dual-SIM slot, 4G LTE supports and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

The Intex Cloud Jewel sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor w/ Mali-T720 GPU, with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, with storage expansion option up to 32GB via microSD card. It gets 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

Connectivity duties are handled by 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. It is backed by 2500mAh battery which claims to offer up to 5-8 hours of talk time and up to 220 hours of standby time. Some of the other features include Smart Gesture, Flip MUTE, Double tap to wake up and Emergency rescue.

The Intex Cloud Jewel is priced at Rs. 5,999 and is exclusively available for purchase from Snapdeal. It comes in Grey and Champagne Gold colors. Intex says that the Cloud Jewel is ideal for customers who are looking to upgrade to their first 4G device.
