Samsung is gearing up for the launch of the 2016 edition of Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7. Both mid-range handsets have been certified by Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA, and we can expect an official announcement anytime soon.

The Galaxy J5 and J7 2016 will have similar design, run Android 5.1 Lollipop, support expandable storage and 4G LTE connectivity. We can also expect the devices to have fingerprint sensor built into the home button, since Samsung previously said that their mid-range phone will have fingerprint reader.

Other specs of both Galaxy J7 2016 will be the same- 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera w/ LED flash and laser auto-focus and 5MP front camera w/ LED flash.
