As it runs Windows 10 Mobile, the Lumia 650 Dual SIM comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, Cortana and Microsoft Edge. Note that the phone does not support Continuum feature. Microsoft says that the phone will offer "the perfect balance between work and personal need' to users.

The Lumia 650 Dual SIM comes with 5-inch 720p AMOLED display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 SoC with 1GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt expandable storage (up to 200GB). It gets an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera. For connectivity there is 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS/aGPS connectivity.
