YU Yureka Note (YU6000) with 6-inch display spotted online, priced at Rs. 14,999
Micromax's sub-brand YU made its debut last year, and launched several smartphones, including Yureka, Yuphoria, Yunique, Yureka Plus and the flagship Yutopia. Last month a new 6-inch YU device with model number YU6000 was spotted on GFXBench, and now the phone has reportedly been spotted online as YU Yureka Note.
A couple of images of the phone including retail box, and the complete specification of the phone have surfaced online. The retail box reveals that the MRP of Yureka Note is Rs. 14,999, however, the market operating price is likely to be less.
As for the specs, the YU Yureka Note features a 6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB RAM. It comes with 16GB internal storage, with microSD card support for storage expansion.
For photography, it is equipped with 13-megapixel rear camera with Dual LED flash and 8-megapixel front camera. The dual-SIM phone supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. It is fueled by a 4000mAh battery and has a fingerprint sensor on the back.
According to media reports the Yu Yureka Note is available for purchase offline via Reliance Digital across the country. Note that the Yureka Note is not listed on the company website and YU is yet to make an official announcement.
