Coolpad Note 3 Plus launched in India for Rs. 8,999


Coolpad has launched the Note 3 Plus in India, which will succeed the Note 3 and Note 3 Lite. Most of the specs of the Note 3 Plus are almost identical to Note 3 and Note 3 Lite, but instead of having HD or 720p screen, the Note 3 Plus comes with Full HD or 1080p screen. 

"The updated version of the Note 3 is being made in partnership with Videocon at their Aurangabad facility and is Coolpad’s contribution to “Make in India” initiative" said Coolpad.

The Coolpad Note 3 Plus features 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with scratch resistant glass and is powered by 1.3GHz octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor backed by Mali-T720 GPU and 3GB RAM. On-board storage is 16GB, further expandable via microSD card (up to 64GB).

The camera department gets 13-megapixel rear camera w/ LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and 5-megapixel front camera for video calling and snapping selfies. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based Cool UI 6.0 and supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. It is backed by 3000mAh battery and has a fingerprint scanner placed at the back panel.

The Coolpad Note 3 Plus is priced at Rs. 8,999 and will be exclusively available from Amazon India starting May 13. It comes in Champagne White and Gold colors.
