Possible specs, pricing, photo of Xiaomi Mi Notebook surfaces
Xiaomi has already confirmed the announcement of Redmi Pro with Helio X25 SoC and dual rear cameras at its July 27 event in China. The company has also confirmed it will reveal another mystery product as well. If rumors are to be believed, the mystery product could be Xiaomi's first laptop, the Mi Notebook.
Now ahead of the event, an alleged leaked ppt presentation of the laptop have surfaced online revealing most of details related to pricing and configuration.
If the leaked specs are accurate, Xiaomi's Mi Notebook will be offered in two models: the base model with mid-range specs priced at CNY 3999 ($600 | Rs. 40,000 ) and the top end 'Pro' model expected to be priced CNY 6999 ($1000 | Rs. 70,000).
The base model is said to feature Intel Core i5-6200U processor w/ Intel HD 520 graphics, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage. The top end 'Pro' model will have , Core i7-6700HQ processor w/ Intel HD Graphics 530 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M graphics, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD.
There are no details on the screen size (rumors claims to be 12.5-inch and 13-inch models), battery capacity, number of ports, size and weight.
Additionally leaked render of Mi Notebook reveal the laptop to have a metal body. While many expect the Mi Notebook to look like Apple's MacBook, Liliputing notes that the Mi NoteBook seen in the renders resemble Asus ZenBook Pro. However, the keyboard layout and port placement is different.
Note that the authenticity of the presentation and press render cannot be guaranteed, so take these with a pinch of salt.
